POLYEXTRA Flags:
Our two-ply polyester fabric is specially loomed and dyed to withstand the most demanding weather conditions, counteract the effects of ultra-violet light, and still remain crisp and bright.
Their embroidered stars, brilliant colors, and finely crafted details make them a beautiful outdoor flag as well. These flags set a high standard and their durability and elegance secure their place as one of the flags most prominent products in the market.
-Double X Box: (for flags larger than 10 Ft. x 15 Ft.) Fly end finished with 6 rows of stitching, double X-box on each seam. Maximum resistance to wind: All seams double stitched with unidirectional sewing. More stitches per inch for optimum strength. Heavy-twist nylon thread is color matched to the stripes and field.
-Extra Tall-Poles: (for flags larger than 8 Ft. X 12 Ft.). For flags on taller poles where wind velocity is higher, each stripe seam is terminated at the fly hem with a 102-stitch X-box reinforcement.

-Our unidirectional chain stitch is the strongest stitch for horizontal seams in the market today. This stitch will flex and resist breaking for a longer period of time than other manufacturing techniques.
-Our poly sateen heading is the whitest, strongest in the industry. On flags 15 Ft. x 25 Ft. and larger, we use webbing that is 3 times as strong as any seat belt.
-Our X box is our history. We sell an exceptional quality flag-the correct size, expertly reinforced, and painstakingly sewn and inspected.
-Our flags are meant to last. We use a combination of the highest quality components and state-of-the-art manufacturing to give you the best looking and most durable flags in the industry. All labor and material are certified Made in the U.S.A.
-Construction begins with finest fabrics and color-matched threads available. We then carefully assemble each flag using a full 1/4" turn on all seams, a unidirectional chain stitch for all horizontal seams (it makes the flag stronger], and a lock stitch for all edge hems.
-Fly hems are finished with 4 rows of lock stitching and a 102 stitch X-Box reinforcement at the top and bottom of flags up to 6 Ft. x 10 Ft. Flags 8 Ft. x 12 Ft. and larger feature an X-box at each horizontal seam.
-And, for the strongest headings in the industry, we use a heavy nine ounce polyester sateen material.

-Double X-box on all seams: Sizes 10 Ft. x 15 Ft. and Larger flags have 6 rows of stitching with double X-box on all seams. Reinforcement on every seam
-Hoist heading: Heavy duty 9 ounce poly sateen heading with grommets- for flags that are from 2 Ft. x 3 Ft. to 6 Ft. x 10 Ft.
Hoist heading: Super strong, pure white, no shrink. heavy duty stitching, heading, 9 oz. poly sateen heading with heavy chrome D-rings. for flags that are 8 Ft. x 12 Ft. and larger.
